Acceptance and return
The goods must be inspected before unloading. Missing parts or destruction caused by transport must be strictly marked in the shipping document (CMR), the document must be scanned and then sent to the person responsible for the sale (within max 5 working days). If the package does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will solve the problems. Otherwise, we accept returns and we will be obliged to reimburse you (within a maximum of 14 working days if the product has not been used). The amount of the delivery is not refundable. Parcels must be strictly packaged as delivered. Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer.

Right to cancel the purchase
THE SELLER grants the buyer a unilateral right to cancel his purchase within 14 days.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
The Buyer must inform THE SELLER of his intention to exercise his right to cancel the purchase. The notice is given in written form by e-mail.
Once notification and confirmation is received, the goods are returned in an unused and undamaged condition to: SMALL POOL 1380 PATH OF GOLF 30900 NIMES FRANCE.
The goods must be dispatched within 14 days of claiming the right of withdrawal by the buyer.
In the event that THE SELLER finds that the goods are not unused or are otherwise used or damaged, THE SELLER shall be entitled to a deduction from the amount refunded corresponding to the cost of restoring the goods to their original condition. Such a deduction can, however, never exceed the original price of the goods.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for the return of the goods. The buyer bears the risk for the goods during transport over the entire distance.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal only exists for an individual consumer who purchases the goods for his own private consumption (Consumer Rights Act 2015). No right of withdrawal exists for merchants or if the purchase can be considered to have been made primarily for use in commercial activities.
No right of withdrawal exists if the goods have been built entirely in accordance with the exact specifications provided by the buyer. In the case of such an order, it is specified when accepting the order that no right of withdrawal exists.
The right of withdrawal expires completely in any case when the goods have been used beyond what is objectively reasonable to examine them and / or establish their condition. Such use may be, for example, that the goods have been assembled, filled with water etc.
Guarantee
A special warranty form is given to the customer after the contract is signed by both parties. The terms and conditions of the warranty are explained in the contract. Guarantee from the balance of payments.
Force Majeure
The seller is not liable for any failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond their control, including (but not limited to) strikes, weather conditions, governmental or regulatory changes and natural disasters .
Warranty Information
This warranty policy has been drafted in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EC and 1999/44/EC. According to this document, the SELLER provides 24 months warranty service for the product. The warranty period begins when the price is paid for the product and the product is delivered to the CLIENT.
The SELLER always aims for effective solutions and for said solutions to satisfy both parties. In return, the SELLER expects collaboration and fluid communication from the CLIENT.
Terms:
The CUSTOMER is entirely responsible for the correct assembly. Time available and skill level should be considered in advance. If the CUSTOMER cannot assemble the purchased assembly kit, he should seek professional help. Professional assembly costs are not covered by the SELLER;
Incorrect use: the CUSTOMER must familiarize himself with the user manuals and follow the instructions. Failure to follow operating instructions may cause irreparable damage. The CUSTOMER is always encouraged to contact the SELLER for any additional information regarding the use of the product.
As soon as the CUSTOMER has received the product, he must examine it immediately. If the CUSTOMER notices damage or missing items, the CUSTOMER must note them in the CMR consignment note (Contract for the carriage of international goods by road) which is given to the CUSTOMER by the driver to sign. By signing the CMR consignment note the CUSTOMER confirms that the product has been delivered in good condition. If the CUSTOMER notices any damage or missing items, the CUSTOMER must notify the SELLER within 5 working days.
The CLIENT is responsible for unloading the delivered product unless otherwise agreed. If the driver offers his help during the unloading the CUSTOMER can accept it, however in this case if any damage occurs during the unloading, neither the SELLER nor the transport company are responsible for the damage caused.
The guarantee will be granted in accordance with the sales receipt, cashier's check or invoice. For maintenance service, please refer to the SELLER of the products. The manufacturer's warranty comes into force within 14 working days of receipt of the CLIENT's notification.
During the warranty period, replacement products for damaged / non-functional parts Are delivered free of charge by SELLER as soon as the CUSTOMER provides valid visual proof. The CUSTOMER covers the cost of returning non-functional parts to our factory, where they will be examined and, if necessary, repaired or replaced. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the connection and installation of the changed parts.
The SELLER reserves the right to decide which warranty option to implement.
